personalbrand.lol ("the Service") is operated by Nithish Govindasamy, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). By creating a profile or placing a bid, you agree to these Terms.
personalbrand.lol is a single, permanent leaderboard where anyone can pay to hold the #1 spot. A bid ranks you by the highest amount you've ever paid; a new bid only takes the #1 spot if it exceeds the current #1 by at least $1. Lower bids are still recorded and rank you accordingly. The leaderboard does not reset — a rank is permanent until someone else outbids it. This is an entertainment / novelty product — it is not an investment, a security, a financial product, or a guarantee of exposure, followers, or business outcomes of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old to place a bid. A profile requires a photo, a one-line tagline, and at least one social link; a bio is optional. Information you submit (name, photo, tagline, bio, social links) is displayed publicly on the leaderboard and on your profile page. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you submit, and you must own or have the right to use any photo you upload. We may remove a profile or bid that is illegal, impersonates someone without authorization, infringes intellectual property, or is harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates Dodo Payments' Merchant Acceptance Policy.
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles the actual charge, tax collection where applicable, and chargeback handling — we never see or store your card details. Your bid amount is charged immediately when the checkout is confirmed; nothing is recorded on the leaderboard until Dodo Payments confirms the payment succeeded. The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, that the leaderboard will be free of errors, or that any particular rank, view count, or outcome will result from a bid.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
