Refund & Cancellation Policy

No subscriptions

personalbrand.lol has no recurring plans or subscriptions to cancel. Every bid is a single, one-time payment processed through Dodo Payments.

Bids are final

Holding the #1 spot has no fixed duration — you hold it until someone else outbids you, with no timer and no auto-extension. Because of that, and because a bid is confirmed (and your rank updates) only after payment succeeds, bids are non-refundable once processed. This matches what's shown at checkout before you confirm a bid.

When we will refund you

We will issue a refund if any of the following happens:

• You were charged but the bid was never recorded (a processing or webhook failure on our end).
• You were charged more than once for the same bid (a duplicate charge).
• The charge was clearly fraudulent or unauthorized.
• A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.

To request a refund, email nithishgovindasamy4@gmail.com with your profile name and the approximate time of the charge. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Disputes and chargebacks

Dodo Payments, as Merchant of Record, processes the underlying transaction and may handle disputes or chargebacks according to their own policies and card-network rules.
