personalbrand.lol is operated by Nithish Govindasamy, based in India. This page explains what data we collect when you use the Service and why.
What we collect
- Profile data — the name, photo, tagline, bio, and social links (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, GitHub, YouTube, website) you submit. This is displayed publicly by design — it's the leaderboard.
- Bid history — the amounts and timestamps of bids you place, used to compute rank and your recap card.
- View counts — an anonymous counter of profile page views, used for the "views while #1" stat on recap cards. We do not tie views to an identity.
- Payment data — we never receive or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Dodo Payments (see below).
What we don't do
We don't run third-party ad trackers, ad pixels, or cross-site analytics on personalbrand.lol. We don't sell your data.
Who we share data with
- Dodo Payments — processes your payment as Merchant of Record. Their handling of payment data is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — hosts our database and file storage (profile photos).
- Vercel — hosts the website and generates standard server access logs.
Data retention
Profile and bid data is kept as part of the public leaderboard history unless you ask us to delete it. Uploaded photos are kept as long as the associated profile exists.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your profile data at any time by emailing nithishgovindasamy4@gmail.com. Deleting a profile removes its public listing; past bid amounts already reflected in someone else's recap card may be retained for the historical record.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
